In the 25 to 40-metre range, TLT Marine & Services, through its UFAST naval shipyard, designs and builds coastal and offshore patrol vessels primarily dedicated to maritime surveillance, protection of Exclusive Economic Zones (EEZs), and search and rescue operations.
Each vessel results from a bespoke engineering approach, combining endurance, robustness and reliability, with particular attention paid to crew comfort and ease of maintenance.
Designed to remain at sea for extended periods and to operate in all weather conditions, our patrol vessels are suited to complex missions in demanding maritime environments.

PSM 33 – Offshore patrol vessel
A reference platform of the shipyard, the PSM 33 is a next-generation offshore patrol vessel designed for long-endurance operations in open seas.
Its deep-V hull with double chines provides excellent seakeeping, high stability and enhanced crew comfort.
With an endurance exceeding 1,800 nautical miles and accommodation for up to 17 personnel, the PSM 33 supports extended EEZ surveillance as well as combined operations such as search and rescue, maritime control, assistance and operational support.
Available in multiple configurations (Patrol, SAR, Multi-Mission), it illustrates the shipyard’s ability to deliver versatile, robust platforms tailored to the needs of coastal States.
FPB 28 – Fast coastal patrol vessel
Compact and agile, the FPB 28 is a 28-metre patrol vessel designed for coastal surveillance, escort duties and rapid response missions.
Its modular design and aluminium structure combine speed, strength and reliability.
Featuring a hull optimised for manoeuvrability and seakeeping, the FPB 28 can integrate a wide range of mission systems, including:
• Maritime surveillance and control
• Support to intervention units
• Counter-trafficking operations
• Assistance and maritime evacuation
Responsive, cost-effective to operate and easy to maintain, it is particularly well suited to the needs of navies, coast guards and public services operating in coastal and port environments.
