TLT Marine & Services is recruiting a Composite Laminator (M/F) to join the composite workshop at the UFAST naval shipyard in Quimper (Brittany, France).

Key responsibilities

Within the composites workshop, you will contribute to the manufacture of naval parts and structures in composite materials:

• Lamination work on moulds (hand lay-up, infusion)

• Cutting and preparing fabrics

• Moulding and demoulding parts

• Quality checks, traceability of materials and documentation

• Compliance with quality, safety and production deadlines

Depending on your experience, you may also:

• contribute to continuous improvement initiatives,

• provide occasional supervision of a small team,

• work on advanced processes such as vacuum bagging and infusion.

Profile

• Training and/or experience in composite lamination

• Strong manual skills, accuracy and attention to detail

• Team-oriented, comfortable in an industrial environment

• Good physical condition (workshop and vessel work)

• Strong safety awareness

Conditions

• Position based in Quimper (29), France, at the UFAST shipyard

• Composite workshop environment, PPE required

• 35 hours/week (day shift)

• Occasional travel in France and abroad depending on projects
